A new technology is born: brainwave control, together with the fully immersive game Real World.

Drako Yau, chairman and lead game designer of Jubilant Games, was about to release the open beta of the game he had has been developing for years when Real World launched. The more he looked into it, the more questions he had: the map, background, game mechanics, and many more; almost everything seemed identical to the game he designed.

Out of curiosity and bitterness, he enters the game, only to find that he cannot log out of it. He now has to struggle in what appears to be a game, with his life on the line.
